CLIENT ASSISTANCE 

Client assistance is determined by the availability of funds as well as the circumstances leading to a client's request for assistance. (The elderly who through no fault of their own have fallen on hard times and are in need of assistance with medications, utilities, food, or housing will be considered priority.)

Items Needed When Applying 

Picture ID

Social Security Card for each person in your household.

Proof of income (this means food stamps, SSI, child support, as well as copies of your last three payroll or check stubs, or written document from your employer).

Proof of all expenses paid on a monthly basis (in the name of the person applying)
